1618 Asian Fusion Grand Opening Celebration

Recently having soft-opened off E. Riverside Drive, family-owned-and-operated 1618 Asian Fusion will be celebrating the restaurant’s official grand opening with a special celebratory dinner event on Friday, January 31 from 6:00 to 10:00 p.m.

The special evening will pay homage to the restaurant’s pan-Asian roots with a specialty Grand Opening menu featuring half-price signature drinks and dishes; complimentary passed bites; cultural entertainment from local dance troupes including The Thai Temple Dancers, The Summit Lion Dance Team, and The Love of China School of Dance; pianist and singer Chloe Youtsey; and much more.
