The Knotty Deck & Bar and 365 Things Austin are proud to present an interactive barrel-aged cocktail event on Thursday, March 3rd at 6pm.

As guests arrive they will be treated to a bartender created cocktail focused on rye whiskey.

The next stage of the event will allow guests to sample barrel aged spirits to highlight how flavors change due to the aging process. The head bartender will also give a brief overview into the approach and rationale for barrel aging.

Guests will then move into the interactive portion of the event. The team at the Knotty Deck will present guests with the ingredients to craft their own delicious concoctions. The Knotty Deck & Bar staff will also give a brief overview of some basic bar techniques to make the process fun for everyone involved!
