Zilker Barking at Fresa’s

We’ve got a fun event planned for you to attend with your doggo that will help raise money for Austin Pets Alive!.
Saturday, May 13th, ZilkerBark will be taking dog portraits on the stage at Fresa’s South First. We will be selling tickets for portraits for $35 each through zilkerbark.com and all money raised will be donated directly to Austin Pets Alive.
Each $35 ticket will include one photo print of your dog as well as a $10 gift card to Fresa’s Chicken al Carbon.

FAQ –
– Can I bring a pet that is not a dog?
Yes, but please keep in mind that there will be many dogs around. It might not be the best environment for a cat, but we did have a pig show up last year who photographed wonderfully!
– Can I have more than one dog in a photo?
Yes! But! It’s largely dependent on your pet’s obedience level. Getting a dog to sit, stay, and look into the lens is a challenge. Adding another dog to the equation further complicates things. There will be many dogs to photograph, and limited time, so if the dogs do not cooperate you’ll be asked to have them photographed separately (1 donation = 1 photo). If you REALLY want to make it work, practice with your pet at home, and then again at a busy park. There will be many distractions on this evening.
– Can I have more than on print?
Yes. One donation = One photo
– Can I be in the photo with my dog?
No. Sorry, dogs only!
– How can I reserve my spot?

Just make a (minimum) donation of $35 per image, and then select your time. $35 ticket purchase includes $10 Fresa’s gift card, because we know you’re hungry.. 😉
– What time do I need to arrive?
Your ticket will specify your time slot and it’s always our goal to run on time. Your ticket includes a $10 gift card to Fresa’s, so you could choose to arrive early and have a drink or eat on the dog-friendly patio. There will also be a shaded waiting area right outside of the restaurant just for doggos and their people. This area will have water, toys and treats.
– Where do I park?
We will have designated parking for ticket holders in the lot next to Fresa’s (the former Jovita’s). Please print out your receipt to show to the parking attendant for entry. Max 2 hours.
– How can I have the best time ever?
Show up with a smile on your face! Bring a leashed dog! And mingle with fellow dog lovers. Please be a responsible dog owner. Clean up after your pet, exercise them before you arrive and be mindful of the other dogs in attendance. If your dog doesn’t love people or dogs, communicate that with fellow dog owners. Keep distance if you feel your dog might react to other dogs.
