Acro & Ales: Independence Brewing

An event every month that begins at 11:00 am on day Third of the month, repeating until Feb 16, 2020
Join Empowered Acro for an hour-long acroyoga class at at Independence Brewing Co. then stay for a round of drinks!
At Acro & Ales, Empowered Acro instructors will teach trusted techniques for beginner-friendly acroyoga poses. You’ll be amazed by what you can do, and walk away with fun photos of your accomplishments. Admission to this event includes a beer token, so stick around after class to enjoy a brew with your fellow acroyogis. Please bring a yoga mat to this event, but don’t worry we’ll have a few extras onsite.
Classes are scheduled before the brewery opens to the public, and drinks will only be served after class.
