American Lamb Jam

We are so spoiled in Austin when it comes to barbecue. The best of the best are slinging and smoking brisket, sausage, and ribs on almost every corner. In fact, the barbecue game is so damn good in this town, we dare say it gets a little … predictable? Well it’s time again to shake things up in this city with a protein that is rarely the star of the show. That’s right, meat lovers, the Lamb Jam is back!
This event will bring together six of the area’s top barbecue chefs to compete for the title of Lamb Jam Pitmaster! Don’t miss the opportunity to help crown a champion and try amazing lamb dishes with unbelievable flavor. The lineup of chefs is an all-star wrecking crew of Austin barbecue glory. Joining them will be local breweries, winemakers, and a local distillery serving up tasty beverage pairings.
Between bites, attendees can enjoy live music from Rob Baird.
This event is 21 and up, so leave the minors at home.
