Aosta Valley Region Wine Dinner

Escape to the mountains of Aosta with Andiamo Ristorante! Professional Sommelier, PierGiorgio Manna, will be taking diners on a culinary journey of the Italian Region of Aosta Valley. Dinner includes a four course prix fixe menu as follows:

First course- Traditional Northern Italian soup with cabbage and beef paired with Blanc de Morgex et de La Salle
Second course- Homemade risotto with seasonal Northern Italian vegetables in a rich fontina cream sauce paired with Grosjean Freres Torette
Third Course- Veal stuffed with cheese and ham, cordon bleu style paired with Grosjean Freres Gamay
Fourth Course- Traditional almond Valdostan sweets paired with Enfer d’Arvier
