This experience will be a 6 course evening featuring the rustic and regal works of two of the greatest producers from this legendary landscape of Spain.

With over 800 years of history between them, Raventos i Blanc and Can Sumoi blend the beauty of tradition through bubble & bead and still wines alike, expressing not only their legacy, but with Can Sumoi, their deep commitment to natural wines.
They come to Austin to celebrate alongside Aviary Wine & Kitchen and journey through their wines in a 6 course pairing experience crafted by Chef Andre Molina and Beverage Director Alex Bell. A night of culinary delights not to be missed and wines certainly not easily forgotten.
