Barley Swine is celebrating four years on Burnet Road with a four-day discounted tasting menu offered on Sunday, January 12 and Tuesday, January 14 to Thursday, January 16. Guests can enjoy a decadent dining experience curated by seven-time James Beard finalist chef Bryce Gilmore, for $65 per person (regularly $95).
The menu will feature a mix of new seasonal recipes and a few familiar favorites pulled from the Barley Swine hall of fame. A custom pairing option is available for an additional $45 per person.
