Bartholomew Park Cleanup and Splashpad Day!

Join The Austin Parks Foundation for the beat the heat Little Hummingbirds Society project! On Saturday, August 24th kids will be able to learn about giving back to their community and the importance of Austin’s parks, trails, and green spaces. Parents will get to have fun with their kids while promoting a healthy lifestyle, volunteerism, and advocacy for their youngest park-goers!

You will be guided on a nature walk through the park as you pick up trash along the way and end the day with fun at the splash pad! Snacks, sunscreen, gloves and trash grabbers will be provided and breaks will be built into the day. Water bottles, closed-toe shoes, and hats are encouraged!
