BBQ and Brew Challenge

Join us for a day of BBQ & craft beer paired with some fun challenges to test your palate and your creativity. First, meet us at Stiles Switch BBQ for a drool-worthy tasting of smoked meats and sides and your first challenge. Here, teams will compete to create and pitch the next best BBQ spice rub. You can even take home your custom creation to spice up your home cooking.

Then, we’ll shuttle the teams to Austin Beerworks for a flight of delicious local craft beer and our beer tasting challenge. Even the proudest beer enthusiast will be challenged by this fun competition! Each member of the team that has the most combined points after both challenges will win a prize pack of gifts from Stiles Switch BBQ, Austin Beerworks, and Austin Detours!
