BBQ Austin

BBQ Austin, a Rodeo Austin production, presented by Miller Lite returns March 3-4! This sanctioned BBQ cook off features teams from all over Texas. Tents will host tastings and live music throughout the weekend. BBQ Austin also features Austin’s Largest Carnival, a petting zoo, pony rides, and shopping. For those looking to learn the art of BBQ, BBQ University has two classes featuring famous pitmasters giving tips and tricks. Junior Pitmaster is open to kids 8-17 looking to show off their cooking skills by cooking a pork chop.
