Beer and Ice Cream Pairing from Lick Ice Creams and Lazarus Brewing

Lick Honest Ice Creams and Lazarus Brewing Co continue their Beer and Ice Cream Pairing series this April for another evening of delicious treats and tasty beer. The pairing will benefit the Hill Country Ride for AIDS.

The ride raises funds for nine incredible charities working to improve the lives of people living with HIV/AIDS in Austin through prevention, education, medical care, housing, dental care, transportation, food pantry, case management, testing financial assistance, practical support, and substance abuse and mental health services.
A ticket will get you 5 beer samples (5 oz) with 5 ice creams (1 oz) selected from Lazarus’ and Lick’s delicious seasonal menus. As you enjoy your sips and scoops, Lazarus’ Brewmaster Matt Couch and Lick’s Co-Owner Anthony Sobotik will be there to educate you on the beer and ice cream pairing options.
