On Display Through: September 30, 2018
Location: Guzu Gallery • 5000 N. Lamar Blvd • Austin, TX

This September, Guzu Gallery presents a new breed of pop culture. They’re handing over the gallery reins to artist group and lifestyle brand, Terrier Cvlt…and things are about to get paw-esome!
Terrier Cvlt is a wild pack of artists from all over the globe who share one common bond, their love for Boston Terriers! From mashup designs to fictional movie posters they create and design what can only be classified as pup-cvlture fur the dog loving masses. So cute it hurts!
The opening reception will be on Friday, September 7th from 7-10pm and the exhibition will be on display through September 30th. All artwork will be available for purchase. Terrier Cvlt artists and friends will be traveling from all over the country for the opening night event — which will be hosted by NYC’s king of late night, Gwarsenio Hall (from Two Minutes To Late Night fame). What’s more, the event will be filmed for a segment on an upcoming episode of Two Minutes to Late Night! Complimentary drinks will be provided by Austin Beerworks, and Zucchini Kill Bakery will be on hand with all sorts of sweet treats for peeps and pups. In addition, Simple Compositions will raffle off a live painting, with all proceeds going to the one and only Emancipet (who will be in attendance with information detailing their amazing services)!
Guzu Gallery welcomes everyone (and their small dogs) to the show. If you love art, dogs, art featuring dogs, dogs featuring art, music and good times then this event is for you! Guzu’s neighbors at the Human Services Center, directly across the street (on the east side of North Lamar) will provide extra parking for $10.
Stay tuned to Guzu’s social media outlets for more info & sneak previews as the days get closer to show time!
