Breakfast For Dinner at Hops & Grain Brewery

After selling out their first pop-up in under an hour, Bird Bird Biscuit is thrilled to announce their second pop-up is set for Friday, February 23. The “Breakfast for Dinner” pop-up will take place at Hops & Grain at 5 p.m., until sold out. Chef Brian Batch and team will offer four types of biscuit sandwiches, for adults and kiddos alike.
Bird Bird Bacon: bacon, over medium fried egg, cheddar, bacon-infused chipotle mayo
Lovely Day: chicken sausage, over medium fried egg, pecan pesto, cheddar
Queen Beak: fried spiced & breaded chicken thigh, bacon-infused chipotle mayo, spiced black pepper honey
Just Kids: banana, chocolate chip, peanut butter
The event is open to the public with biscuit sandwiches available for purchase.
