car2go Festival Drop Zone

Here’s a music festival hack: use Austin’s premiere carsharing service car2go to access some of the closest free parking to the festival. car2go’s Drop Zone is a parking area exclusively for car2go members during both festival weekends. The Drop Zone will be at the new Carpenter Hotel (400 Josephine St.) and the entrance is on Jesse St. This exclusive parking area will be available to car2go members every festival day (10/5 – 10/7 and 10/12 – 10/14) from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Tickets for free coffee (up to $5) from the Carpenter Hotel coffee bar will be given to car2go members who use the Drop Zone from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Drop your car2go off at the Drop Zone a short walk from the festival grounds, grab an iced coffee in the beautiful new Carpenter Hotel, charge your phone on one of the complimentary chargers, then head out and live your best life!
