Climate Change Rally for #TrialOfTheCentury

The Students for Sustainability organization at St. Edward’s University is excited to be hosting Austin’s Rally for the #TrialOfTheCentury. The rally is going to be held October 28th at 1 PM outside the Capitol Building. Our mission is to support the young plaintiffs in the historic Juliana v. United States court case. Their case asserts that, through the government’s affirmative actions that cause climate change, it has violated the youngest generation’s constitutional rights to life, liberty, and property, as well as failed to protect essential public trust resources.
