Cookies for Caring at The Driskill

In collaboration with the Austin American-Statesman’s Season for Caring, The Driskill is hosting its second annual holiday cookie swap as a nod to its history of hotel-saving bake sales! Join us and curate your holiday cookie collection from the best bakers in Austin. Pre-order your cookie tin, then join us to peruse the baked goods and fill your festive tin while sipping on celebratory bubbles and delighting in the seasonal sounds of the Austin Carolers.
Because of your generous support in last year’s event, we raised more than $4,000 for the general Season for Caring fund. This year we’re hoping to increase the donation two fold.
The Driskill’s Cookies for Caring is slated to take place on Sunday, December 11, from 1 – 3 p.m. and features baked delights from our pastry team, lead by Tony Sansalone, and the following partner chefs:
– The University of Texas Golf Club
– Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort & Spa
Cookies and one drink are covered in cost of a $35 cookie tin. Proceeds benefit Austin American-Statesman’s “Season for Caring.”
