Cooking Demo with Mama Fu’s Chef at Earth Day ATX

Chef James Clark of Mama Fu’s Asian House will be joining Earth Day ATX 2018 in the Sustainable Living Showcase. This cooking demo will feature Mama Fu’s new dish Fried Riced Cauliflower, which can be ordered as a vegan and/or gluten free entree. Chef James will be showing attendees how to eliminate food waste in your own kitchen with his go-to, back-of-house cooking habits from 2:30 – 3:00 p.m.
Mama Fu’s is offering free cauliflower rice substitutions throughout the month of April in support of Earth Day. In addition, the Austin-based restaurant chain has partnered with Austin Electric Vehicles for their new fully-electric cars to promote clean energy delivery to their customers. A new delivery vehicle will be on display at the Mama Fu’s booth (Booth #76) at Earth Day ATX.
