Cork and Barrel Maker’s Mark Private Select 2.0 Release Party

Cork & Barrel and Maker’s Mark are coming together to host an intimate, private dinner party to celebrate the newest release of the pub’s exclusive Maker’s Mark Private Select 2.0 “Seachláinn Ó.”

Join us for a limited seating 5-course Irish dinner complete with cocktail pairings from Maker’s Mark. Toné Castillo – a Maker’s Mark representative – will be onsite to discuss drink pairings and dishes with our Cork & Barrel chef, chat through Maker’s Mark history, answer questions and provide wax-dipped giveaways.

LIMITED SEATS AVAILABLE. We will be hosting two seatings for this dinner – a seating in the Cork Room at 5:30 p.m. and a seating in the Main Room at 8 p.m. Please make sure you are buying a ticket for the correct seating.

Course 1

Maker’s Mark Cured Salmon with Irish brown bread crostinis, crème fraîche, chives and dill

Paired with Maker’s Mark Spritz

Course 2

Whiskey Cheddar Soup with Broccoli and Carrots

Paired with Maker’s Mark 46 Black Pepper Old Fashioned

Course 3

Irish Sausage with colcannon potato cakes

Paired with Maker’s Mark Gold Rush

Course 4

Irish cheeses and jams with Irish soda bread

Course 5

Bourbon Affogato vanilla bean ice cream with espresso (or bourbon) floater

Served with coffee
