Corvette Invasion

Corvette Invasion is a gathering of over 300 Corvette owners and fans in Bastrop and Austin, Texas. This is the biggest Corvette event, and one of the biggest car events in Texas! The three-day event begins with a “meet and greet” for registered participants at the Bastrop Convention Center parking lot on Friday (7/19). Saturday at 9:00 a.m. there will be a Corvette Car Show and award ceremony. Vendors open to the public from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Saturday evening at 5:00 p.m. the first 300 registered Corvettes will invade Downtown Bastrop’s Main Street. Attendees are encouraged to check out local music, shopping, and restaurants (7/20). Starting early day three at 7:00 a.m. the Corvettes will caravan to the Circuit of the Americas race track in Austin for low speed “Parade Laps,” beginning at 8:00 a.m. Attendees are encouraged to follow the caravan and admire the Bastrop skyline and enjoy the beauty of central Texas. Participants will then be invited inside the Circuits of the Americas to watch the parade laps. (7/21)
