Daijoubu Pop-Up At The Roosevelt Room

From March 22nd-24th, award-winning bartenders Caer Ferguson and Sharon Yeung of The Roosevelt Room will be hosting Daijoubu, an Asian cocktail pop-up at The Roosevelt Room in the mezzanine starting at 6 p.m. until 12 a.m. or 2 a.m. (crowd depending). Daijoubu, translating closely to “fine” is one of the most common phrases in the Japanese language. Both raised in Asian-American households, the dynamic duo will showcase cocktails inspired by their cultural heritage and upbringing by using Asian flavors and culinary techniques.
