Desert Door presents WILD CARD: Justin Huffman of Justine’s Brasserie

Happening in tandem with the Makers Market, guests are invited to experience a taste of France in the hill country via the Wild Card Pop-Up with Chef Justin Huffman of Justine’s Brasserie on Wednesday, December 8 from 5 to 8 p.m. Chef Huffman will be serving up French-inspired street-food such as mini baguettes made with smoked swordfish, cultured seaweed butter, charred lemon and cornichons, in the style of a jambon beurre sandwich, and Éclairs made with classic Creme Anglaise and chocolate. Guests are encouraged to purchase their tickets ahead of time and reserve their very own baguette and Éclair for this limited one-time collaboration pop-up. Upon arrival at the event, guests can grab their bites and head to the bar to choose from a number of delicious, holiday-inspired Desert Door cocktails.
