Desert Skies Pairing Dinner at Garrison

Last spring, a partnership was formed between Desert Door Distillery, Vista Brewing and Fairmont Austin to begin againg beer in freshly used Sotol barrels – this collaboration is aptly named Desert Skies. They invite you to celebrate this endeavor with a crafted dinner thoughtfully prepared by our talented Garrison Chef de Cuisine, Jordan Sanchez. Each dish has been paired with Desert Door cocktails and Vista Brewing beers crafted and selected by our Beverage Director, Andrew Grenz. The Desert Skies series will be an additional pairing, as well as the elusive Desert Door Oak-Aged Sotol.
