Don’t get stuck in traffic driving out to the Hill Country to watch the total solar eclipse on Monday, April 8th. Come hang out with us and watch this historic heavenly happening at a historic house!
The last total solar eclipse to occur over Austin happened in 1397, which was 459 years before the construction of the Neill-Cochran House Museum. Celebrate the return of this celestial phenomenon from the NCHM front lawn. Guests will be provided with viewing glasses, lunch, tea, and water. Bingo and lawn games will keep us entertained as the moon slowly obscures the sun. Eclipse totality will occur in Austin around 1:36PM.
Register now and receive lunch and a pair of viewing glasses at the event. Bingo will begin at 12:45PM and end when we can’t see our bingo cards anymore!
