Join Emmer & Rye this summer as they “break bread” with celebrated chefs from around Austin and San Antonio. On July 11, chef de cuisine Alexa Meija will host Peter Klein of Holiday. The guest chef will take over Emmer & Rye’s sourdough bread service for the evening, with butter and various accouterments inspired by their restaurants. They will also offer a few special dishes available for one night only, in addition to Emmer & Rye’s normal dinner menu.
