Join us for a collaboration with Athleta at their Central Park (N. Lamar Blvd) location:
Empowered Acro instructors will lead a beginner-friendly acro class at 10:30am. Participants will work together in small groups to practice basing, flying, and spotting each other in fundamental poses. You’ll be amazed by what you can do in just one session, and walk away with fun photos of your accomplishments.
• All fitness levels welcome
• Beginner-friendly
• Arrive solo or with friends (no “partner” needed)
