Texas cultural historian, author and longtime collector of early Texas art Carl McQueary will discuss recipes, gossip and entertaining from his book “Dining at the Governor’s Mansion.” He’ll also touch on the challenges Texas women faced keeping the old home together, as well as biographical conversations of the first ladies themselves.
