On New Year’s Day, Huckleberry will pop-up at Vista Brewing serving seafood paella on an open, wood fire. Chef Davis Turner will be serving up paella ($15), made with shrimp, mussels, clams, chorizo and seasonal vegetables; each serving will come with grilled bread. In addition, guests can order a cup of house-made tomato bisque soup ($8).
Vista Brewing recommends pairing the dish with its Hensel Helles Lager, a light and crisp brew with a mild hop character that is balanced, bright and drinkable. Vista will offer $1 off .5L draft pours of the Hensel Hells all day. The brewery’s food menu, as well as wine, cider and N/A beverages will also be available for purchase.
Guests are required to make reservations via OpenTable; paella will be available on a first come, first served basis. Link to reservations. Masks are required. Reservations are available for groups of six or less. Outdoor, covered seating as well as heaters are available in tents on a first come, first served basis.
