The holiday season is here and that means family, friends and giving back. In the spirit of the season, Jacoby’s Restaurant & Mercantile is hosting their first ever Jacoby’s Festivus, a holiday party for everyone on Thursday, Dec. 3, 2015.

Starting at 6 p.m. the Jacoby’s team will be offering fresh-baked cookies and hot chocolate on the grassy bluff overlooking the Colorado River. The evening will culminate with a tree lighting ceremony at 7:30 p.m.

There will be special ornaments for sale in the mercantile, with proceeds going to Austin’s Capital Area Food Bank. Ornaments go on sale November 27.
