Executive Chef Albert Gonzalez with Chefs de Cuisine James Cole (Jacoby’s) and Austin Ewald (Grizzelda’s) present a unique menu combining influences from both restaurants, showcasing family-raised, all-natural Jacoby Beef and fresh local produce.
