Kalahari Resort and Conventions’ ultimate food festival returns to Round Rock, Texas. The Kalahari Food & (Not Just) Wine Festival will showcase a “Peace and Love” theme resort-wide, featuring food and drink samples, chef demonstrations, and live entertainment.
The first Kalahari Food & (Not Just) Wine Festival was held in Round Rock in 2022 and it has since expanded to two other Kalahari locations in Pennsylvania and Ohio. Ticket sales officially open on May 25 in celebration of National Wine Day.
“We’re proud to offer the return of the Kalahari Food & (Not Just) Wine Festival in Texas for its third year,” said Michael Putnam, Executive Chef at Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in Round Rock. “This event not only highlights the exceptional talent of our chefs and beverage experts but also showcases the diverse and vibrant culinary scene that Kalahari has to offer. We invite guests to join us for a weekend of indulgence, entertainment, and celebration of the rich flavors of Kalahari and beyond.”
Guests will have the chance to taste dishes and drink samplings from each of Kalahari’s signature restaurants and local vendors from across Texas. In addition to the food and beverage sampling, guests will be treated to world-class entertainment throughout the resort. Each area of the festival has a different ’70s theme including flower child, tie-dye, hippie, and other groovy motifs.
