Know Your Agave: Bats and Booze

Join La Condesa on Tuesday, November 12th at 7 p.m. for their monthly Know Your Agave class, where students may explore La Condesa’s largest collection of tequila and mezcal in the city, one spirited class at a time. This month, students discover the important role that bats play in the production of mezcal and tequila, and what measures the industry is taking to maintain bat-friendly practices. The class includes tastings paired with off-the-menu botanas by Executive Chef Rick Lopez + team. Guests must be 21+ to attend.
