Life Time Splash ‘n Dash

An event every month that begins at 6:30 pm on day Third of the month, repeating until Sep 17, 2019
The historic Splash & Dash series returns in 2019. These swim-run events are held at Quarry Lake, adjacent to the Life Time Austin Arboretum club, and include 750M swim (one loop in the lake) and 3KM trail run (3 loops around the lake). Wave starts will be utilized, depending upon the total number of participants.

Fees:
Advance Registration: $25 per session
On-Site Registration: $30
Fees include chip timing, results, water and other nutrition products. USA Triathlon annual membership is not required. Please bring your own swim gear & running gear. Swim caps are required and will be provided at check in, although participants are welcome to bring their own cap. Certified life guards will be on-site through the duration of each event. Full event details will be emailed to registrants prior to each event.
