A Light in the Dark- Run your own 5k

$35Help brighten our community and illuminate conversation around suicide prevention by participating in the “Light in the Dark- Glowlight 5k event.
When? April 18th from 9am to 1pm
Hosted by the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, this run-your-own-route event is a celebration of health and wellness and a time to make taking care of yourself fun! You’ll have the option to run your own 5k route or one of their recommended routes starting and ending at their packet pick-up locations any time on April 18th.
Donate or fundraise at least $35 to receive your own At-Home race packet complete with glow gear, AFSP resources, and materials from their sponsors.
