Little City Lab: Dynasty of Tea Class

A lecture and first-hand tasting pertaining to the history, taxonomy and cultural role tea has played across the world and in our own lives. Guests will develop a greater understanding of what differentiates the various types of tea from one another, how they are processed, the health benefits that pertain to this lovely libation and how to incorporate this into their lives and beverage repertoire.
