- Saturday, Feb. 25 – Mardi Gras Parking Lot Party: Get some beads and talk to pet food experts to learn how to better feed dogs of all ages. Enjoy some boiled crawfish, barbecue and live Cajun music from Charles Thibodeaux and the Austin Cajun Aces. For the children, a special petting zoo will be set up at 11 a.m. Enter the drawing for an 80-gallon boiler, burner and propane bottle, along with pet food from Diamond, Taste of the Wild and Victor.
