Miller’s Smokehouse & Peached Tortilla BBQ Pop Up

The Peached Tortilla is teaming up with Miller’s Smokehouse from Belton to bring Miller’s award-winning barbecue to Austin’s city limits. The culinary teams have collaborated for an evening showcasing some of the state’s best barbecue alongside Asian-inspired sides.

With each ticket, pop-up attendees will receive a plate of Miller’s housemade brisket and sausage. Along with the half-pound of meat, guests will get sides created in The Peached Tortilla kitchen, including peach cornbread, Asian style corn on the cob and bacon kimchi mac and cheese. Beverages will be provided by Rentsch Brewery and for dessert, The Peached Tortilla will be serving peanut butter whoopie pies. Ticket prices include one pint of Rentsch beer and a collector’s edition pint glass.
In addition to the feast, entertainment will be provided by “browngrass” (like bluegrass, just a little dirtier) band, Sour Bridges, for the full Texas barbecue experience.
