Mural Art of Food Beer Dinner at ATX Cocina

Executive Chef Kevin Taylor of ATX Cocina and New Belgium Brewing is hosting an exclusive event on Wednesday, April 25th to highlight the Art of Food with a uniquely crafted beer dinner. This event celebrates the launch of New Belgium’s newest innovation Mural Agua Fresca Cerveza, a collaboration beer made with the Mexican craft brewery, Primus Cervecería.
The four-course meal will be a shared, family-style experience and each course will be paired with Mural Agua Fresca drink or cocktail.
1st Course:
• Salsa Mexicana and Hibiscus Guacamole
2nd Course:
• Borracho Snapper – key lime, mezcal, cilantro-basil aguachile
3rd Course:
• Chulete de Cerdo – pork tomahawk, salsa verde, white onion, cilantro, pickled pina
• Pescado a la Talla – red chili adobo, herby green chile, chayote slaw
Side Dish:
• Esquites – sweet butter poached corn, smoked aioli, queso fresco, lime, cilantro
4th Course:
• Flan – orange jelly, compressed watermelon
