For the 13th year, Opal Divine’s Whisky Festival will give Austinites an opportunity to sample some of the finest whiskies of Scotland and the British Isles while giving back to Austin families. Opal’s 13th Annual Whisky Festival will have more than 80 single-malt whiskies available to try, including new and rare offerings from The Macallan, Laphroaig, William Grant & Sons and more. The event will take place at 7 p.m. on Dec. 3 at the Opal Divine’s Penn Field location, 3601 S. Congress Ave., and a portion of the proceeds will go to Meals on Wheels and More.

Tickets to the event are $45 in advance or $50 on the day of the event and include passed hors d’oeuvres and 12 regular whisky tasting tickets, plus one unique ticket good for the selection of special whiskies available at the Rare and Unusual Table. Guests can purchase more Rare and Unusual tickets at the event and 100 percent of the proceeds from the Rare and Unusual table go toward Meals on Wheels and More.
