Austin’s swankiest Valentine’s gala returns!
Austin Influential Group welcomes the return of Harlem Heat for another extravaganza of movement, sound and visual splendor in support of Austin Pets Alive. Highlighting the Harlem Renaissance, with an enthusiastic nod to the Afro-Latin influences of Cuba, this night will be filled with talented movers and shakers of Austin who will set the mood to hot jazz, sultry voices and intoxicating raucous dances. Taking center stage, Austin’s cream of the crop of talented African-American singers and “dames de cocao”, along with Latin fringed follies and steel magnolias, will motivate and excite with features from the City of Lights to the Pearl of the Caribbean.
Enjoy the glitz and glam of the Jazz Age, reminiscent of the swanky Cotton Club, and dance the night away to TIBURON, an explosive 8-piece Latin orchestra, transporting delighted guests straight back to the sizzling Tropicana.
It’s gonna be a hot time in a cold town because on this Valentine’s Day, in the midst of a cold embrace of Winter’s kiss, Harlem Heat is going to make it hot and make it loud!
