Parkside Projects’ Beverage Series

 Parkside Projects presents an educational and interactive lineup of beverage classes hosted by Advanced Sommelier and Beverage Director Paul Ozbirn. Each course in the six-part series will highlight a global spirit and will include a beverage tasting, small bites and an educational component. An instant hit in 2016, the popular classes return with new selections of libations. The first event kicks off on February 6 featuring sherry, followed by amari on March 27. Additional details for gin, rum, mezcal and scotch classes to be announced.

“Each class is designed to offer an in-depth understanding of the complexities of each spirit, from its origins to subtleties in flavors,” said Ozbirn. “We’re excited to welcome our guests to explore some of our favorite beverages throughout the series.”
