Party For The Parks

The Austin Parks Foundation (APF) just announced details for their annual fundraiser, Party for the Parks, which will be a special at-home edition this year on Wednesday, September 30. 

Party for the Parks at Home will feature an evening of local fare and tasty sips, while raising much-needed funds for our city’s parks, trails, and green spaces. A special to-go culinary experience for the event will be provided by Austin’s award-winning chef team from Emmer & Rye, Chefs Kevin Fink and Tavel Bristol-Joseph.  Additional highlights of the event include:

• Live stream program at 7:30pm hosted by Andy Langer featuring special guests, the 2020 Golden Shovel award winners, and a musical performance from Austin’s own Jackie Venson. (the live stream will be open to the public, anyone can RSVP)
• YETI raffle, donating $25 to win one of several amazing YETI prizes, including a V Series Hard Cooler, Trailhead Camp Chairs, and a Panga Backpack 28
• Tickets are now on sale for $125 for GA and $175 for GA+ at party.austinparks.org.
• A curated cocktail Funbox from Craven & Co featuring signature event cocktails made with Tito’s Vodka for GA+ ticket holders

APF is ACL Music Festival’s presenting partner and beneficiary, receiving millions of dollars annually. With the cancellation of this year’s festival, it will be imperative to receive support from the community for APF to continue making our parks and green spaces better for our city.
