Apr 15, 2017 @ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm

Free

On Saturday, April 15th at 1 pm, the Austin Habitat for Humanity ReStore will be hosting a free community workshop on how to safely and properly use seven different types of power tools.
Intimidated by power tools? Come learn how to safely and effectively use them as you follow along with an expert!
Led by Austin Habitat Construction Site Manager, Chris Sebilia, you’ll learn how to use the following:
– Miter Saw
– Table Saw
– Circular Saw
– Drill
– Jigsaw
– Impact Driver
– Hand Sander
This will be a hands on activity! After Chris has shown you how to safely use these tools, members of Austin Habitat Campus Chapter will assist you as you put your new knowledge to use and make your own corner shelf to take home.
