This *mostly* bodyweight bootcamp is unlike any workout you’ve ever experienced before. Danielle (aka Coach Gert) uses her love for bodyweight movements, speed, agility and primal play to bring you a one-of-a-kind experience that focuses on building strength, power, speed, and mobility a while having the time of your life. Classes are free and open to the public with ticket registration.
