Saké Day ATX ‘22

Texas Saké Company, Austin’s own saké brewery, celebrates the traditional start of the saké brewing season with drinks, food and music. Come to our new taproom at The Yard for the release of our Still Austin Four Grain Whiskey barrel-aged saké and exclusive saké tastings to showcase Texas Saké’s best and excellent Japanese saké. Texas Sushiko and Chef Michael Carranza will offer a special saké-inspired food menu including koji-marinated wagyu and kasu pastries. Local musician/artist Peelander Yellow will “make you happee” with a live acoustic set.
