The Salt Lick is hosting its first ever collaborative beer dinner with Jester King Brewery set to take place on Wednesday, November 18 at 7pm. This will mark the first time that the iconic Driftwood restaurant has collaborated specifically with a local brewery for a dinner event. The prix fixe menu will feature a variety of dinner options from Salt Lick staples to entirely new offerings, all curated by Salt Lick Pitmaster Scott Roberts and Executive Chef Mackie Gmitter, in addition to 6 different Jester King brews that were precisely paired with each menu item.
