Come hang out with Salty Cargo at Celis Brewery while they roast a whole pig in a Caja China! Reach into the back of your closet to find that Hawaiian shirt you never wear, now is the time. Also, be sure to limber up for their limbo contest, the winner will receive a special gift from Celis. They’ll will be serving up grilled pork ribs, chicken, and some of the delicious roasted pig. The luau is open to the public and we will be there until we sell out.
