Alejandro Jodorowsky’s spiritual autobiography has the lurid colors and scenario of a shocking pulp magazine cover. The circus, religious hysteria, strange fetishes, the Invisible Man, all are present in a film packed with more ideas per scene than most whole films. Pure cinema.
