South Congress Cafe x Garrison Brothers Bourbon Dinner

We’re excited to let you know that South Congress Cafe is hosting a Garrison Brothers Bourbon Dinner on Tuesday, May 25 at 6pm. For $90 per person, guests will enjoy a five-course paired dinner – full menu is included below:

First Course
Garrison Pairing: Taster of the Garrison Brothers Small batch
Amuse: Petite Filet Croustini (house rye toast, arugula pesto, tomato relish, fried basil)

Second Course
Garrison Pairing: Busy Little Bees (Garrison Brothers Honey Bourbon, lemon juice, lavender syrup, orange bitters, lemon twist garnish)
Soup: White Asparagus Vichessoise (creamy asparagus, yukon potato, crispy pancetta, spring onion gallette)

Third Course
Garrison Pairing: Watermelon Bourbon Smash (Garrison Brothers Small Batch, watermelon juice, mint leaves, soda water)
Appetizer: Halibut Crudo (charred English peas, fennel, meyer lemon, texas olive oil, tempura squash blossom)

Fourth Course
Garrison Pairing: Taster of Garrison Brothers Cowboy Bourbon
Entrée: Lamb Chops with sweet corn succotash, grilled baby artichokes, burgundy demi, chile almonds

Fifth Course
Garrison Pairing: Taster of Garrison Brothers Honey Dew Bourbon
Dessert: Whiskey-misu (Garrison Brothers Small Batch, vanilla genoise, espresso, mascarpone cream, chocolate espresso beans, charred berries)
