South Congress Cafe’s Valentine’s Day Prix-Fixe Menu

South Congress Cafe will be offering guests a three-course prix-fixe Valentine’s Day menu on Feb. 13 and Feb. 14 from 5-9 p.m. The $85 menu for 2 will be available for dine in, take out, and delivery via Grubhub. Reservations are encouraged, but not required.
